Keep your healthcare information on hand with a digital ID card. On the day your plan starts, you can register on our Sydney Health app or at anthem.com to access your health plan ID card. Show the ID card to the doctor or download or print a copy to save it. If you want an actual card, contact us and we’ll send you one.
